This evidence-based program is secular, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of meditation experience. Practicing mindfulness and mindful living enables a deeper connection to your authentic self, making it easier to navigate mental and emotional challenges. This leads to greater peace of mind and gratitude in everyday life. The power for meaningful change lies in the present moment, where clear actions can create the results you desire. Mindfulness means being fully present and aware in each moment. The MBSR program: The 8-week MBSR program follows an evidence-based curriculum designed to deepen your mindfulness practice. Through these practices you will develop skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve your emotional regulation. Covers topics like stress triggers, negative thought patterns, and difficult emotions. Provides readings, handouts, and audio meditations. A session can last from 1.5 to 2 hours.
