Every session begins with a consultation, followed by a soundscape created with various instruments. Next to sounds also calming scents might be used during the session. After the sound therapy there is a moment of silence to allow the healing vibrations to integrate fully. The number of sessions varies based on your question and preferences. We regularly evaluate your progress and adjust your goals as needed.
