Breathwork Therapy

Guided (individual) breathwork sessions to unlock emotional freedom and healing. Breathwork therapy is a holistic body oriented approach to process, release and heal suppressed emotions and traumas. We offer Rebirthing Breathwork and Conscious Connected Breathwork. The breathwork will help you to become better equipped to handles life's challenges, to break lifelong hidden patterns, overcome limiting beliefs and non-constructive emotions, promote clarity and to take steps to a healthier and more balanced life. 

 

Rebirthing and Conscious Connnected Breathing both offer benefits, and the choice between them depends on your individual needs and goals.  We will help you determine the most suitable technique for you.

Sound Therapy

Individual sound therapy sessions to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. This therapeutic approach uses the vibrational frequencies of sound to create harmony and balance within the body. When the body’s natural frequency is disrupted by stress, illness or emotional turmoil, it can lead to physical and emotional imbalances. The sound waves penetrate deeply into the body’s tissues and cells, restoring those imbalances to their natural state, and promoting healing and well-being on multiple levels.  

Mindfulness Coaching and Private Course 

We offer individual mindfulness based coaching and private MBSR courses. An 8-week private MBSR program follows an evidence-based curriculum, which teaches techniques such as guided meditation, body scans, mindful movements, and breathwork to foster present moment awareness. Through these practices you will develop skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve your emotional regulation. The training promotes self-reflection and heightened self-awareness, helping you understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviors more clearly. You will also learn practical tools to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. This private course will be customized to fit your schedule and needs.

Voice Dialogue

8 weeks group MBSR Mindfulness course

The 8- week MBSR group course is designed to develop skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve your emotional regulation. This group program follows an evidence-based curriculum. Each session builds upon the last, teaching techniques such as guided meditation, body scans, mindful movements, and breathwork to foster present-moment awareness.  The training promotes self-reflection and heightened self-awareness, helping you understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviors more clearly. You will also learn practical tools to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, enhancing your overall quality of life and well-being. This group course is suitable for everyone, regardless of meditation experience.

Breathing circles for Groups

Yoga for Groups

Experience the holistic benefits of yoga by joining our group yoga classes. We believe that yoga is more than just a physical exercise - asana practice. Yoga provides a path to self exploration, discovery and growth. It helps us to become more present, be aware of our personal situation and brings balance to body, mind and spirit. Therefore in our yoga classes asana poses (physical poses) are integrated with yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation practices to promote overall well-being.
