About Us

At Shivay we believe that life should be a journey of self exploration, discovery and growth. As this can be a new or may be a sensitive process, our focus is to provide you with a nourishing and supportive environment, which feels safe and inviting so you can take your next step. We help you to be more present with yourself, get insights in your personal situation, become more aware of who you are and who you want to be, to focus your energy, and bring growth to your life. Next to that, we can help you to process and release the traumas you have experienced. And we empower and encourage you to take steps towards a fulfilling life with more balance, and joy.

Shivay is founded by Sachin Sehgal & Lenneke Sicking. Together, Sachin and Lenneke combine their diverse backgrounds, learnings and experiences to create a nurturing space. Their complementary skills and shared passion for personal development, wellness and conscious growth make Shivay an unique place for those seeking to enhance their wellbeing and live more fulfilling lives.
